1C in the cloud

This is an ordinary 1C: Accounting, only installed not on the local computer, but on the server. Thanks to this software several users can work together in the program at any time and in any place – from your office, home or vacation, from any device – even from a smartphone. You can access 1C in the cloud via a secure channel in a browser or by connecting to a remote desktop.


Who needs 1C in the cloud?

This is the solution for you if:

  • You have an external accountant, and you want to supervise his work;
  • You provide accounting services and want to regulate your relationships with your clients;
  • your employees need to work remotely with 1C from different offices or from home.
  • you are using your own upgraded 1C configuration.

The advantages of 1C in the cloud

Control. You always have access to 1C database, you see the financial results of the company and the state of reporting in real time. If desired you can save the database locally – on your computer disk or flash drive. If suddenly cloud based 1C does not suit you, you and your accountant can easily revert to the traditional model.

Convenience. You will always be able to review past transactions, print and send your clients the documents again if they were lost. Employees in the field will be able to generate the waybill themselves in 1C and give it to the customer to sign, rather than waiting for the accountant to do it. No need to send back and forth files by e-mail, you can enter them into 1C right away.

Security. You can always restore your 1C database. Every day the server saves a backup copy of the system and data, the depth of storage – five restore points. Users’ actions are recorded, you can always see who and when worked in the program, what and by whom was changed.
